Get 100 smithing and enchanting in less then a day in skyrim.
Firstly you want to make sure you have enough gold to support your smithing needs because you're going to need to buy a ton of resources from blacksmiths, If you have the PC version I suggest looking for the skyrim mod that lets you meltdown gear to get ingot and ore it makes the process a heck of a lot more easy and fast.
Step 1: Make your way to any Blacksmith, I like you to use the ones in whiterun and riverwood.
Step 2: Buy out ALL his/her iron ore, iron ingot, leather, and leather straps. ( I would also kill as many wiled animals as you can and gather there leather it cuts down the gold you have to spend by a lot)
Step 3: Fast travel to another town with a blacksmith and repeat step 2, I go from Whiterun to Riverwood everytime you fast travel to the next town there supplies should respawn and you can rinse and repeat.
Step 4: Go to whiterun and use the blacksmith's leather workbench to turn the leather into leather straps, and use the smelter to turn the iron ore to iron ingot.
Step 5: Now craft daggers like its going out of style.
